We offer standard and express postage within Australia/New Zealand on most products and strive to have your order in the post the same day you purchase. Shipping costs are displayed at the checkout without the need to submit any personal information.
In unusual cases it can take up 1-2 days for handling and postage. We have a handling cutoff time of 2.00pm each day for order processing.
Larger items will attract a shipping fee, and this will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Pickers Ridge operates from Monday to Friday each week, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Expected Delivery Times
Approximate Courier Shipping delivery times for large items.
It can take 3-10 business days with couriers and will depend on your location. Do be aware that the delivery times are a best guess estimate, as items can arrive earlier than expected just as often as they can take longer than expected. This is out of Pickers Ridges hands.
Express shipping delivery times
We offer and prefer express postage, as your parcel will generally arrive about a day earlier than standard post, on average. This option does have tracking (peace of mind for everyone) and you will be notified by email when your parcel is in the postal system, with tracking details attached.
Regional areas may take longer to arrive and is very dependent on your location.
International Orders
International orders are welcome and can be completed via the standard checkout process. Each country has its own shipping costs, and we strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
USA Tariffs
Pickers Ridge will take care of any applicable tariff payments at no cost to you, before your item leaves Australia, so USA customers can shop without any extra costs added from tariffs.
