Contrasting woods create great presentation, and with this rav pin it will give a lifetime of visual pleasure for the user.
The main body of the ravioli rolling pin is lathe turned from Australian grown plantation Hoop pine and the rails are made with New Guinea Rosewood. The contrasting tones look great.
The tapered ends are designed to help the rolling process by giving a good place for you to push down. This avoids the sharpish ends that other pins can have. The tapers also look better, in our opinion.
The rails are 10mm wide to give plenty of flat pasta between each pasta pillow for your cutter to separate each ravioli easily.

Description

Clean-up is as easy as wiping over with a damp warm cloth. The finish is food safe and water resistant, and we don’t recommend complete immersion in water… absolutely NO placing in the dishwashing machine.
The pockets in the pin are sealed to make clean-up a breeze, and the rails and handles are treated with food-grade mineral oil and beeswax.
