These shuttles are the result of a special request from a valued customer. We can see the logic in the design, so we intend to keep this design in stock in a generous range of lengths.

The wood is one of our favorites being Silkwood maple with figure, and the images are indicative of this listing. The shuttle you receive may differ from what is shown however will be quite similar in tones along with some figure.

The design is an extended version of the inkle loom belt shuttle, with the same tapered edge for beating as you weave. These shuttles hold a generous amount of weft, and are hand sanded and finished, meaning no catches.
